UNABLE TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT

If you’ve been redirected to this page while logged in, it is because
- Your account isn’t currently approved
- Your account has been deactivated

Please note that all approved accounts must place their first order within 45 days of approval.

NEW ACCOUNT

Once you’ve signed up and been approved, please wait for a minimum of 1-2 business days to receive an email from wholesale@pavoi.com.

After approval, you will be able to log in and access PAVOI’s wholesale store.

DEACTIVATED ACCOUNT

If you have been previously approved but can no longer access our wholesale store it means that your account has been deactivated due to inactivity (i.e. not being able to place your first order within 45 days of approval).

To reactivate your account, send an email to wholesale@pavoi.come and our representative will share more info and next steps. Please note that not all deactivated accounts can be re-opened.
